With every scheduled web cast a time conversion link is available ("Convert time") where you can get the scheduled time converted into your local time. After you click on the link, a new window will open and you will have to select your location from the drop-down list to get the correctly converted local time.

You can also define your location in advance by editing your time conversion profile >> here << (edit the "Select Home Location" drop-down list, confirm your selection with the "Save Profile" button at the bottom of the window (you will need to scroll down) and then close the window). After that your location will always be automatically chosen with every subsequent time conversion.
