Through the history of mankind, a vegetarian lifestyle was a lucid decision of many. Unfortunately, there are still misunderstandings and unjustified fears around vegetarianism. One in particular is the false belief that this kind of food does not provide a sufficient intake of basic food nutrients needed for the normal development of the human body in general, especially in the time of pregnancy, lactation, and adolescence.
