Practice:
Stand upright and relaxed with legs together. >Inhaling raise both arms above the head. >Exhaling bend forward from the hips with the back straight, keeping arms straight, place the palms of the hands on the floor. Raise the head and look to the front. Legs remain straight. >Breathing normally remain in this position for as long as comfortable. >Inhaling stand upright and stretch the arms above the head. >Exhaling return to starting position.
