Incarnation Day of Holy Guruji on 11 September

Holi Guruji

Holy Guruji was incarnated on 11 September 1923 and attained Mahasamadhi on 31 October 2003.

We celebrate this day to honor him, and to continue to spread his divine message for the sake of world peace and the well-being of all creatures: to see in each and every entity the light of God – as Holy Guruji used to say: “One in All and All in One.”

Holy Guruji Paramhans Sri Swami Madhavananda was the disciple and spiritual heir of the great Indian saint and embodiment of divine love and wisdom, Bhagwan Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji, who lived from 1828-1963 in Rajasthan, India.

Holy Guruji lived at Mahaprabhuji's side more than 20 years and recorded his satsangs and bhajans. It is thanks to him that Mahaprabhuji's wonderful songs and illuminated words have been preserved. Before Sri Mahaprabhuji left the world he handed over his work to Holy Guruji, who later on wrote the life story of his Master in the book "Lila Amrit – the Divine Life of Sri Mahaprabhuji".

Like Mahaprabhuji, Holy Guruji also passed on the divine message and enlighted wisdom of his Guru through spiritual songs - bhajans, thus continuing the tradition of preserving the sacred teachings forever, as the precious spiritual and devotional legacy that they are, in order to benefit one and all.
