Shahi Snan at Mahakumbha Mela 2010

The procession of Mahanirvani Akhara left from the Akhara grounds at midday and moved with much pomp amidst huge crowds seeking the darshan of the Saints to Hari ki Pauri for the shnan. Vishwa Guruji, as one of the senior Mahamandaleshwars of the Akhara led the parade with thousands of bhaktas in tow. The bhaktas joined Vishwa Guruji at the bathing ghat and as He came out from the bath showered Him with rose petals and flower garlands.

Vishwa Guruji has set up one of the largest camps in the Kumbh Mela with more than 3000 foreign visitors expected during the Mela and thousands of bhaktas from Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharasthra also joining Vishwa Guruji for the sacred bathing dates.
