On June 9th 2003 a fundraising event took place to support the flood victimis of Sri Lanka. In Vienna/Austria Dr. Karan Singh, Member of Indian Parliament and Prince of Kashmir lectured on the topic of Vedanta in front of an international audience and several dignitaries and prominent guests. In May 2003 Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda visited Croatia where he held many different programs: several public lectures, international yoga seminar and many satsangs with disciples. Swamiji's visit received great media and public attention and culminated with the public lecture in Zagreb's Dome Of Sports. With 2500 visitors it was the largest audience in Europe ever to be present at one of Swamiji’s programs.

In Sydney/Australia Word Peace Forum 2003 took place on 29th of March, with the main theme about Peace, Ethics and Sustainability and with strong Mahatma Gandhi's message of peace.
