Starting Position: Lie on the back
Concentration: on the neck
Breath: normal breathing
Repetitions: 5 times to each side
Practice: Lie relaxed on the back with the legs slightly apart. > Stretch the arms out sideways at shoulder height and turn the head slowly to the right and left. > Turn the head 5 times to each side. Return the arms beside the body.
Benefits: Relaxes the neck and shoulders.
