Practice:
Stand with legs together. Concentrate on a fixed point in front to maintain balance. Raise the arms, bend the elbows and wrap the left arm under and around the right arm. Bring the palms together. >Transfer the weight onto the left leg. Bend it slightly and wrap the right leg around the front of the left leg. >Bend the upper body forward until the left elbow touches the right knee. The back should remain as straight as possible. >Breathing normally remain for some time in this position. Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise on the other side.
