The Four Pillars of Health
Join us to hear traditional yogic wisdom and learn some highly practical tips that can improve all aspects of your wellbeing. There will be talks, explanations, short demonstrations, and opportunities to ask questions and share your insights.
Whether you're an experienced yoga practitioner or you don’t have any experience with yoga, you are all welcome to join, because we know that everybody will find inspiration to try some small but crucial steps in establishing your daily routine, in order to develop, improve and sustain your health and wellbeing.
The four webinars will take place on Saturdays 5.30-6.30 PM AEST (UTC+10) = 9.30-10.30 AM CEST (UTC+2) and they will cover the four pillars of health & wellbeing:
- 4 June – Yoga for mental health with Yoga in Daily Life Sydney
- 11 June – Yoga for physical health with Yoga in Daily Life Sunshine Coast
- 18 June – Yoga for social health with Yoga in Daily Life Melbourne
- 25 June – Yoga for spiritual health with Yoga in Daily Life Brisbane
