Special Cultural Event at Summer Sadhana Retreat, Mahaprabhu Dip Ashram Strilky, CZ

H.E. Ambassador Narinder Chauhan given a symbolic coconut and shawl by Vishwaguruji

For more than 20 years, yoga aspirants from around the world have come to the Summer Sadhana Seminar at Mahaprabhu Dip Ashram, taking place in Strilky, Czech Republic from 17-31 August 2018. The first week of this year’s program has been inspiring and educational for all, including intensive practice and teacher training sessions, satsangs, lectures and special cultural events.

Along with practice and satsangs with Vishwaguruji, participants have benefited from lectures on Yoga and Vedic philosophy by Mr. Gulabji Kothari, renowned author of books about the Vedas, and editor of the popular Rajasthan Patrika newspaper.

The first week of the retreat also included a Special Cultural Event to welcome the visit of the new Ambassador of India to Czech Republic, Her Excellency Mrs Narinder Chauhan, and culminated in the celebration of the traditional Indian Festival of Raksha Bandhan (the festival of brothers and sisters).
