Swami Gajanand tours Slovakia Nov 2015

During his Yoga in Daily Life tour of Slovakia from 6-29 November, Swami Gajanand visited 13 cities: the capital Bratislava, Stara Tura, Piestany, Trnava, Martin, Prievidza, Banska Bistrica, Dolny Kubin, Nove Mesto Nad Vahom, Presov, Poprad, Levoca and Spisska Nova Ves.

The main topics of his talks and practice were: Yoga and Health; Stress Management Through YIDL; Breath and Prana; Kundalini and Chakras; Dharma; Karma and Destiny; Concentration and Meditation; as well as a weekend seminar for yoga teachers.

These programs found great interest with more than 800 participants taking part in the public lectures, workshops and satsangs. Swami Gajanand was also invited to several radio and press interviews.
