The Six Petals of Svadhishthana Chakra

An Inspiring Seminar with Mahamandaleshwar Swami Vivek Puri Ji

From 22 to 24 May 2026, Mahaprabhu Dip Ashram in Strilky, Czech Republic, welcomed Yoga in Daily Life practitioners for a profound weekend seminar titled The Six Petals of Svadhishthana Chakra, led by Mahamandaleshwar Swami Vivek Puri Ji.

The seminar focused on Svadhishthana Chakra, the second chakra, which is associated with the subconscious mind, emotions, desires, creativity, and the subtle energy currents that influence our thoughts, behaviour and relationships.

Understanding the Hidden Powers of Svadhishthana Chakra

Drawing upon the authentic teachings of the Yoga in Daily Life System, MM Swami Vivek Puri Ji guided participants through both theoretical understanding and practical experience of this important energy centre.

Through inspiring lectures, asanas, pranayama, meditation, kriyas, mantra chanting, and spiritual discussions, Mahamandaleshwar Swami Vivek Puri Ji revealed the deeper meaning of the six petals of Svadhishthana Chakra and their connection to the impressions and tendencies stored within the subconscious mind.

Svadhishthana Chakra, the Nadis and the Nervous System

A special focus of the seminar was the relationship between Svadhishthana Chakra, the nadis (subtle energy channels), and the nervous system. Participants explored how emotional experiences and subconscious impressions influence the flow of prana within the nadis and how this affects both mental and physical well-being.
The connection among the digestive system, the nervous system, and emotional balance was explained from both yogic and practical perspectives, helping participants better understand the interactions between body, mind and energy.

Yoga as a Process of Purification

A central message of the seminar was that yoga is not about suppressing emotions or fighting against inner experiences. Rather, it is a path of awareness, understanding and purification.

Through sincere practice, subconscious patterns gradually come into the light of awareness, where they can be understood and transformed. This process allows practitioners to free themselves from habitual reactions and cultivate greater emotional balance, inner stability and clarity.

From Unconscious Patterns to Conscious Living

Participants were encouraged to observe how energy often circulates within familiar emotional and mental patterns. Through the practices of yoga, this energy can gradually be redirected towards conscious growth and spiritual development.

Through asanas, chanting, meditation and mantras, practitioners experienced how awareness can transform old habits and create space for greater harmony, creativity, and inner freedom.
