Inspired by His Holiness Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, tireless advocate of world peace, the Slovenian Hindu religious community organised a multi-religious prayer for world peace in Slovenia's capital, Ljubljana. This was the second event of this kind in Slovenia. People of Ljubljana and its surroundings, as well as from other Slovenian cities, embraced the event and participated in great numbers. Everyone came with the intention of putting aside differences and uniting in that which we all have in common – a longing for peace.

In commemoration of the 1st anniversary of the Mahasamadhi of His Holiness Dharmsamrat Paramhans Swami Madhavanandaji and reaffirming the Message of Mahatma Gandhi, the Yoga in Daily Life World Peace Summit took place on the 31st of October 2004 in Brno, Czech Republic. In the presence of three thousand participants from all over the world, the Summit commenced with a prayer for peace, in which World Peace Summit Flames were lit by spiritual leaders and representatives of all major world religions.

To be able to accomodate more and more spiritual seekers, who are "converging" to Strilky Ashram, Swamiji has planned to reconstruct one of the existing buildings into an additional hall, where some of the parallel programs could take place. It is planned that the works will begin already in March 2005. This will greatly improve the conditions and possibilities for staying in the Ashram for such a large number of people.

Through the blessing of our Masters and God's divine grace I recieved a great opportunity to reach and circumambulate the Mt. Kailas! I was in perfect health during the whole trip. We started from Nepal on Ganesha Chaturti and we had a very special occasion: we could be at the Mansarovar lake exactly on the full-moon time, which was really great!
