From Sept. 22 -27, His Holiness Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda visited Ukraine. His disciples cordially welcomed him and, according to the Slavic tradition, offered him bread, salt and fruits. His Holiness Swamiji visited the cities of Kiev and Cherkasy, where numerous remarkable meetings and programs took place.

Our dear sister Milena Hübschmannová - Mangalmani from Czech Republic, a long-term disciple Of His Holiness Mahamadaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, died in a tragic automobile accident in South Africa on September 9th, 2005. Beside her tireless academic and social work for Romany people and culture, for which she was many times awarded, she had a great affinity for Indian culture and yoga philosophy since her very young age. The "Yoga in Daily Life" System of His Holiness Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda appealed to her and became a part of her life.

The event of the International Youth Peace Conference has already become traditional and the same goes for its venue, the premises of the International Yoga in Daily Life Centre in the beautiful area of Strilky/Czech Republic. About 100 children (5 to 18 years) with their parents from 12 different countries took an active part in the event. The main theme of this year's event was: "Earth is the planet of life, let us save the life".

We are happy to invite you to the third International Youth Peace Conference taking place in Strilky/Czech Republic on 25th of August 2005. About 50 children from more than 10 different countries of the world will participate at the already traditional event. The main motto of the Conference, organized by "Yoga in Daily Life Youth Union", will be "Earth is the planet of life, let's save the life".

 On August 15 2006 children and youth from all five continents of the world presented their visions, ideas and concerns about our today's and future world. Titled "Youth for a sustainable future", this event was already the 10th youth conference of "Yoga in Daily Life" and the 4th one held in Czech Republic.

During 20 and 21 September 2005, a specialized medical conference with international participation on the topic "Yoga and Modern Techniques in Balneology" will be held in the town of Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. Its special guest of honour will be His Holiness Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, the author of the world-famous system Yoga in Daily Life.

His Holiness Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda spent this July in India. Thousands of people came to have his darshan at the greatest of all spiritual celebrations, the Gurupurnima.

His Holiness Swamiji once more tours the world to spread the message of peace and to inspire people to follow the ethics and moral principles of non-violence, love, the protection of all living creatures, and the tolerance, respect, and understanding of all religions, cultures, and nations. The two-month tour (mid March - mid May 2005) will take Swamiji through various cities and places of United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and finally India.

The renowned Gallus Hall in Ljubljana, Slovenia, seating about 1400 visitors, was filled up to the last place. Swamiji began to sing OM and there was complete silence. Then Swamiji spoke, "When we speak about Divine Consciousness, we somehow dwell in it, it is a similar process as when a diver dives deep into the sea to get the pearls. In this way I will now dive into Divine Consciousness and bring you the Divine Knowledge".
